On October 5 and 6, the 5th “Legal AI Summit” was held in Berlin.

This conference brought together in Berlin lawyers, jurists, and legal directors, among others, interested in the following themes:
- what legal framework for artificial intelligence?
- what artificial intelligence tools for lawyers?
On this occasion, Geoffroy Cousin spoke on the theme of the patentability of computer programs in Europe, with a particular focus on inventions implementing artificial intelligence algorithms.
